Terms of Use  
 
Access to, and use of ABizC and other services (referred to below as ABizC services), provided by ABC Community Services (registered company name), is subject to the following Terms of Use.

1. By using AbizC, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. This shall immediately take effect on your first use of ABizC services. If you do not agree to be legally bound by the following terms, please do not register, access and/or use ABizC services.
2. ABizC may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. You should review these terms regularly, to ensure you are aware of changes made by ABizC. Your continued use of ABizC services after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms when updated and/or amended.  
   

      Access to ABizC subscription services

3. ABizC is a business-to-business service, not a service for individuals. Registration for membership is only allowed for business owners or employees at businesses. You are not allowed to register as a member if you are under 18 or do not have full legal capacity.
4. Full access to ABizC services are only given to business owners and key staff at businesses that have bought a subscription. Unless cancelled, the subscription is automatically renewed and invoiced. Invoices are normally sent as an email.
5. A paid subscription can be cancelled at any time by giving at least thirty (30) days notice prior to the end of the present license period. This should be done online using either the feature ”Cancel Subscription” in the section ”My company” or by sending a message through this section to “Customer support”. Your account remains active for the pre-paid time. ABizC does not issue prorated refunds.
6. Prices and other terms for subscriptions and other services are provided on the site, http://www.abizc.com/. All registered users are informed by an on site message of any changes in these Terms of Use, which is provided to users thirty (30) days in advance.
7. Subscriptions for tools and other add-ons are available to pay a company member. ABizC does not issue prorated refunds.

Use of ABizC subscription services

8. Unless otherwise stated, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit or otherwise use content from ABizC subscription services in any way. Exceptions include personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any ABizC services, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
9. You agree to use ABizC services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of ABizC services. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within ABizC services.
10. Beware of fraud, phishing attacks, etc. Make sure you are visiting the ABizC website when you log in and enter information. We will never contact you or ask you to provide your password, credit card information, etc, by email, phone or fax.

 
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11. ABizC subscription services, including information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to ABizC, EC Learning Solutions, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis.  This is available without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law), including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
12. ABizC is not liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or those damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits.  This includes damages arising in contract, negligence or other torturous actions that may occur from or in connection to the use of ABizC subscription services.
13. ABizC does not warrant that functions contained in ABizC subscription services will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defects will be corrected, or that ABizC subscription services or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or bugs.
14. Any opinion expressed in this community should be considered solely as an expression from an individual member. ABizC takes no responsibility for information given by members in the community, through the classifieds section or other parts of the Site. You are solely responsible for all information given.

 
Intellectual Property

15. The names, images and logos identifying ABizC or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks from ABizC and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferred by implication, estoppal or any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of ABizC or any other third party.  
     
    Contributions to ABizC subscription services
16. By submitting your contribution to ABizC subscription services, you:

16.1 warrant it is your contribution; and

16.1.1 is your original work and that you have the right to make it available to ABizC for all the purposes specified above; and

16.1.2 is not defamatory; and

16.1.3 does not infringe any law; and

16.2 indemnifies ABizC against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by ABizC as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and

16.3 waives any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication of ABizC subscription services with the purposes specified above. 

House Rules for ABizC Subscription Services Communities

17. You agree to use ABizC Subscription Services Communities (including Forums, Messages and Groups) in accordance with the following House Rules:

About your posts:

·  Contributions must be civil and tasteful;

·  No rude or abusive behaviour (flaming or trolling). Postings must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or posted with the intention of causing trouble;

·  Unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable;

·  No spamming or repeated requests;

·  No advertising or other forms of directly promoting your products or services (Adverts are only allowed in the designated B2B Classifieds section, and business to business adverts);

·  Posts containing languages other than English or other official ABizC language versions may be removed, unless allowed in the local house rules;

·  No impersonation. Adopting an inappropriate user name (one that is vulgar, offensive, etc.) is also unacceptable  

Group administrator:

·  If you are a group administrator you are responsible for moderating content and ensuring that group members comply with the Terms and Conditions of ABizC;

·  You must comply with any reasonable request from ABizC to amend, remove, or provide copies of any content of the club;

·  Under no circumstances can details of any member be sold or passed to a third party;

·  Should you choose to cancel your subscription you will remove your rights to administrate and lead the group. Depending on the activity within the group, ABizC may offer the leader role to another member;

·  The use of the ABizC brand (name or logo) is prohibited without receiving prior permission. 

About the law:

·  You may not post any defamatory or illegal material of any nature in ABizC subscription services communities. This includes text, graphics, videos, programs, audio or links. Posting a message with the intention of committing an illegal act is strictly prohibited;

·  You agree to only post materials that provide you with copyright or other permissions to distribute electronically. You may not violate, plagiarise, or infringe on the rights of third parties through copyright, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights.  
 

If you breach these Terms of Use:

If you fail to abide by these Terms of Use (including the house rules in the paragraph, above), you will be formally warned by email. This warning may also include a temporary suspension to participate in any or all of ABizC Subscription Services Community areas. If, after this warning, you continue to breach these terms, you will be prohibited from using ABizC Subscription Services Communities for an extended period of time, and your membership account may be closed permanently.

If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to ABizC Subscription Services Communities and ABizC considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, ABizC may use whatever information available to stop any further infringements. This can include immediate termination of your membership account and may involve informing relevant third parties, such as your employer or email provider, about the infringement/s.

ABizC reserves the right to delete any posting, at any time, for any reason. 

General

18. If any of these terms are determined as illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of laws of any state or country in which these terms are deemed effective, then, to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect, and continue to be binding and enforceable.
19. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance to the laws of Sweden.
